Despite all our pet groomers schedules being booked for 6-12 weeks in advance, selected groomers are available after their normal, daily work schedules / business hours for last minute or emergency dog grooming reservations at both our Little Silver & Freehold pet salons!

DETAILS & CONDITIONS:
- Due to certain pet groomers staying after their normal working hours and/or past our normal business hours, any last minute / emergency grooming requests will incur a pre-paid and non-refundable booking fee of $50 per dog at the time of the reservation being made. THIS FEE IS NOT A DEPOSIT NOR WILL IT BE APPLIED TO THE ACTUAL GROOMING SERVICE CHARGE. The actual grooming service charge will be separate and can be paid after the appointment is completed.
- Any last minute or emergency grooming requests cannot be guaranteed to be performed by the groomer you normally use during regularly scheduled grooming visits if you are a regular client of ours. Furthermore, these appointment requests can be accommodated as early as the same day but can take up to 48-72 hours; depending on grooming issue and our available groomers "emergency availability" schedules as space is limited. Typically, these appointments will be set between the hours of 5pm-8pm.
- Any last minute / emergency grooming appointment requests must drop off the pet on time. Should you be running a few minutes late, we will allow up to a 15 minute courtesy wait time. An arrival after 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled but your pre-paid booking fee cannot be applied toward a new appointment. Furthermore, you will be required to also pick up your pet within 15 minutes after being notified that your pet’s grooming is completed. Should you arrive later than that, a $10 fee for every 15 minutes will be applied toward your final service bill.
