Because we strive to ensure there is no cross contamination of any air-borne illnesses within our salon, we ask all new clients to wait at least two weeks after adopting/rescuing, buying or boarding a pet to have a service at our salons. Also, new clients are asked to please arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time so that the groomer can evaluate your pet's coat and answer any questions you may have.
Because we book reservations by appointment to appointment basis, we ask that if you need to cancel your pet's grooming appointment, it is to be made prior to 24 hours in advance during our salon business hours. Should you fail to not show, a cancellation fee of $25 may be imposed on your next grooming visit.
Any new clients being serviced in our salon must be up to date on all their vaccinations. Adult/senior dogs must be current on rabies or have a titer certificate/medical waiver.
Should the groomer find evidence of fleas after drop off, it will be mandatory to perform a natural flea bath immediately to inhibit an infestation within our grooming salon. An additional fee will be imposed.
We ask all clients prior to entering our salon to please ensure your pet relieves itself before coming into our salon. Bags and waste dispensary is located outside each of our salons for your convenience.
Our Leash Law
All dogs entering our salon and/or store must be on a secure leash at all times. Cats must be in a secure carrier.
We welcome any special requests you may have to accommodate your pet's needs. Please call us to discuss how we can additionally help you.
Health / Behavioral Issues
If a pet is showing excessive negative behavioral issues toward the groomer (biting or growling) that can not be corrected by using positive reinforcement, it will be under the groomer's discretion to continue to perform any service for the safety of the groomer or others. Furthermore, any pet who suffers from any chronic, medical condition(s) (epilepsy, heart condition, spinal injuries, etc..) you must inform the groomer of such so extra gentle handling can be taken. In addition, any pet on medication or was given a sedative prior to coming into our salon, must be disclosed to the groomer
Pick Up Times
Please take notice that because we work on appointment to appointment basis and reserve suite space for each in-coming reservation, it is imperative that you must pick up your pet ½ an hour after we call you when your pet will be ready for pick up. Any pet left here after the half an hour ready time, you will incur a $5.00 charge for every 15 minutes until your pet is picked up. We will allow exceptions if you prearrange with the groomer that you will be back at a particular time.
All major credit cards, in-house gift cards and cash are accepted. In addition, we also extend personal check writing privileges to regular, established customers. Any check that is returned will incur a $35 returned check fee.
Gratuities are not included and are at the discretion of the guest caretakers. 15-20% is a standard gratuity.
